Welcome to Fatima's Salon Braids & Weaves ("we," "us," "our," or "the Salon"), located at Town North Shopping Center, 3555 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75062. By booking an appointment, visiting our location, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Walk-Ins

We welcome both scheduled appointments and walk-in clients. Online booking helps us plan for your visit and may reduce your wait time, but it is not required to be seen. Appointment times are estimates; actual start times may vary depending on the complexity of prior services and salon volume.

2. Deposits & Payment

  • No deposit is required to book or hold an appointment.

  • Full payment is due at the time service is completed.

  • We accept cash and major credit/debit cards; ask in-salon for a full list of accepted payment methods.

  • Prices listed on our website and in-salon are current rates but may vary based on hair length, thickness, density, and style customization. Your stylist will confirm final pricing before beginning your service.

3. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Because we do not require deposits, we ask clients to give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Arriving significantly late for an appointment may result in a shortened service, a rescheduled slot, or being seen as a walk-in depending on availability.

4. Hair Extensions & Products

Some styles include braiding hair as part of the listed price; others require the client to bring their own hair or purchase it as an add-on. Please confirm hair requirements for your chosen style before your visit. We are not responsible for the quality of hair extensions brought in by the client.

5. Children's Services

We are happy to serve younger clients. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the appointment.

6. Health, Safety & Right to Refuse Service

Please let your stylist know about any scalp sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect your service. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client for reasons including, but not limited to, health and safety concerns, disruptive behavior, or unsafe scalp/hair conditions.

7. Photography & Marketing

We may photograph or video finished styles for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to have your image used, please let your stylist know before your service begins.

8. Liability

While every effort is made to deliver excellent results, hair texture, density, prior chemical treatments, and other factors outside our control can affect the outcome and longevity of a style. Fatima's Salon Braids & Weaves is not liable for reactions to hair products brought in by the client, or for damage to natural hair resulting from pre-existing conditions not disclosed to the stylist.

9. Website Use

Our website and online booking form are provided for the convenience of scheduling and learning about our services. Content on this site (text, images, and pricing) is subject to change without notice and does not constitute a binding offer beyond what is confirmed at the time of your appointment.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our policies or services. The version posted on this page is the version currently in effect.
